Job Overview:
Are you passionate about quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement? Join Deaconess Clinic as a Clinical Compliance Manager and play a key role in ensuring our clinics operate at the highest standards of excellence.
In this role, you'll collaborate with clinic leaders and staff to maintain and update policies and procedures, support compliance initiatives, lead employee education and competency programs, and identify innovative ways to improve workflows and the overall patient experience. Your work will directly impact patient safety, staff development, and operational success across multiple practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing preferred
  • Ambulatory office experience Preferred
  • Project management and quality improvement experience Preferred
  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience of related clinical experience Required
