The Team
We are a fast-paced and collaborative Total Rewards team looking for a Compensation Solutions Analyst to develop, implement, and support technology solutions to achieve our compensation objectives. We have exciting work ahead of us in the Total Rewards space, and we are looking for someone to come in with energy and excitement on this journey. We are a strategic, proactive team; we find opportunities to proactively drive efficiencies across our team and create a great experience for our (internal) customers and partners.
The Role
The Compensation Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and advancing our compensation and performance management strategy. This position combines compensation expertise, technical analysis, and business process optimization to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that support organizational objectives. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in compensation analysis, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead initiatives to optimize compensation and performance management operations by streamlining processes, improving workflows, and implementing automation to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Partner with HRIT and other technical teams to enhance compensation systems and technology solutions, including the automation of processes, integrations, data management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and support technology-enabled solutions for Global Rewards programs, including salary benchmarking, market competitiveness analysis, internal equity reviews, focal compensation planning, and related compensation initiatives.
  • Analyze compensation data and processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and consultant to internal stakeholders, partner organizations, HRIT, and the Global Rewards team on compensation programs, processes, and technology solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 8+ years of Global Rewards experience. Preferably with international, high-tech or semiconductor industry knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong understanding of global compensation practices, market trends and regulatory requirements
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management.
  • Experience with Workday and Radford preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders all levels.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
