Job description

Position Title: Remote MGA Consultant
Location: Remote
Compensation: $51.00 / Per Hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
The ideal candidate does not simply know how to use an AMS-they understand how an MGA operates, can effectively conduct discovery with MGA leadership, identify gaps and requirements, and translate those needs into a solution that can work within my client's enterprise environment.
Technical Requirements:
1) Have to understand how MGA's function
2) Lead discovery sessions with MGA partners and internal stakeholders to document business processes, requirements, and operational needs.
3) Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between current-state and future-state processes.
4) Partner with IMO (Integration Management Office) and newly acquired MGA organizations to identify operational, reporting, and workflow requirements.
5) Document findings and recommend process improvements, configuration changes, or operational solutions.
6) Must translate business findings into AMS (Agency Management System) platform for configuration.
Nice to have: Familiarity with Applied Epic.
