Job Description

Oversee program operations for US Compensation & Benefits programs, supporting team. While not directly managing, will serve as the lead for the teams supported by the position for both projects and ongoing administration.

Key projects/processes include:

  • Health & Welfare Annual Open Enrolment
  • Health & Welfare program administration
  • H&W Program/Vendor implementation
  • Retirement Plan administration
  • Incentive Plan alignment and ongoing administration
  • Ongoing job evaluation support for supported lines of business
  • Evaluate priorities, provide workload direction, and manage performance of the team and individuals
  • Provide consultation on individual objectives for team members based on pre-defined targets and deliverables.
  • Oversee Reporting & Metrics for all related programs
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance or Human Resources
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting managing benefits programs, minimum 5 years managing plans/programs
  • Vendor Management experience preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management - internally and externally
  • Demonstrated experience with individual coaching and consultation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with and influence various audiences
  • Ability to drive results amidst challenging business environment
  • Strong project management skills
