Job description

Ready to make a global impact? Hayward Holdings is seeking a strategic and analytical Manager, Global Compensation to lead the design, administration, and evolution of our compensation and equity programs across multiple regions worldwide.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Total Rewards, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, helping drive competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices that support our global growth strategy.


As Manager, Global Compensation, you will:

  • Lead annual compensation programs including merit, bonus, and equity cycles
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on compensation recommendations, offers, retention actions, and complex compensation matters
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses to support competitive compensation strategies
  • Oversee global salary structures, job architecture, leveling, titling, and governance practices
  • Administer global equity programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPP plans
  • Develop compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting that provide meaningful business insights
  • Support executive compensation activities, including proxy and compensation disclosure processes
  • Lead and develop compensation team members while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement


What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of compensation experience within global or matrixed organizations
  • Expertise in broad-based compensation, incentive plans, and equity administration
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization capabilities
  • Experience with global salary surveys, benchmarking, and compensation program design
  • Working knowledge of compensation regulations, pay transparency requirements, and compliance practices
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • CCP, GRP, CECP, or similar compensation certification
  • Experience supporting compensation programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Experience with global job architecture, salary structure design, and M&A integration activities
  • Strong project management and policy development experience
