Job description

Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.Description

Leads complex, cross-functional programs that improve how the organization plans, operates, builds, and executes at scale. This role partners across senior leadership, product, development, security, operations, and business teams to drive strategic initiatives from concept through adoption.

The ideal candidate is a senior program leader who can create structure in ambiguous environments, align stakeholders across multiple executive organizations, and translate strategy into operating mechanisms, governance, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. This person understands how to create lightweight but effective processes, deploy them across large organizations, and continuously improve them based on feedback, data, and business impact.

This role may support enterprise-wide transformation efforts, including programs related to emerging technologies, AI-enabled workflows, automation, operational efficiency, product delivery, security practices, and responsible technology adoption.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze, document, and improve business and technical operating processes across teams to increase clarity, efficiency, and execution quality.
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, and organizational dependencies, and recommend practical, data-informed improvements.
  • Design scalable operating mechanisms, governance models, dashboards, and reporting structures that support leadership decision-making.
  • Establish lightweight processes that can be consistently adopted across diverse teams without creating unnecessary overhead.

Program Management

  • Lead large, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product, development, security, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, executive updates, resource models, and decision frameworks.
  • Monitor program health and proactively address risks, blockers, dependencies, and organizational change impacts.
  • Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and reactive change while maintaining momentum and executive alignment.
  • Support programs involving emerging technology adoption, AI-enabled capabilities, automation, or data-driven operational improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as a trusted liaison across business units, technical teams, security partners, and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions, working sessions, and decision forums to clarify goals, resolve tradeoffs, and drive consensus.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, accountability, and trust.
  • Communicate complex technical, operational, and strategic topics clearly to audiences at multiple levels, including EVP/SVP leadership.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
