A Brief Overview
The Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst is responsible for evaluating or assessing the business submitted by identifying, selecting and assessing risk to determine adequate pricing.

What you will do
    Perform detailed analysis of legal entity which includes identifying exposures, completing a loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes and determining appropriate workers compensation pricing within provided authority levels.
    Establish and maintain disciplined approach to review and manage the risk with the ultimate objective to approve profitable business.
    Develop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues in order to be able to collaborate throughout the WC review process
    Present workers compensation business for approval by the worker's compensation insurance carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing Analyst
    Provide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards and procedures.
    Performs other duties as assigned
    Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience Qualifications
    Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation required 
    experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferred 
    experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferred
Skills and Abilities
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
    Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization 
    Strong knowledge and understanding of workers compensation pricing/rating 
    Excellent interpersonal skills 
    Ability to build consensus between Sales and WC Pricing Team. 
    A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace 
    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly-evolving business and work environment while prioritizing multiple priorities 
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Licenses and Certifications
    AINS or AU preferred

The preferred locations for this role is Austin, TX and the salary range for this location is $63,600.00 to $107,250.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Austin. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Austin and may be considered for remote hire at the company's discretion. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
