Job description
Opportunity Overview
- 31-bed emergency department with excellent flow and efficient processes
- Annual ED volume supportive of a manageable, well-paced clinical environment
- Flexible scheduling for optimal work/life balance

- Full administrative, clinical, and operational support
Leadership Duties
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible preferred
- Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
- Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department
