Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound sales calls and respond to online lead forms from prospective customers.
  • Use a concierge, consultative sales approach to ensure customers find the best business-class telecom solution to meet their needs.
  • Manage and organize your sales funnel by following up with prospective customers you were unable to close on the first call.
  • Build rapport with customers to maintain an ongoing relationship to uncover future sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets through your desire to win business.
  • Learn products and services to appropriately right-fit customer and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Time management and the ability to multitask and manipulate multiple screens including our CRM system, quote tools and carrier applications while continuing a conversation with the customer.
  • Ability to communicate technical terminology in a non-technical manner when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in business to business sales
  • Telecommunications experience is ideal, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Ability to manage high incoming sales volume and successfully pitch, close, and maintain sales
  • Possess the ability to function in a small team, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined with close attention to detail and follow through
  • Exhibit professional, organized communication and customer service skills
  • Not afraid of the phone – Receiving / making 80+ calls per day is not uncommon
  • Competitive personality, strong work ethic and internal motivation to compete with yourself and others to succeed and hit new goals
