Working Model: Fully onsite Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

CONTRACT TERM
6 month contract with high likelihood of extension/conversion to full time employee.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role leads end-to-end execution of new product launches across the client's digital storefront, owning the Product Finder and guided selling experience, product specification governance, and product comparison tools. The role also serves as the primary cross-functional business lead for launch go-to-market (GTM) efforts across eCommerce and marketing divisions, driving operational excellence and monitoring launch-related KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end execution of new product launches across the client's digital storefront.
  • Develop launch timelines, readiness checklists, and go-live plans.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across category, merchandising, engineering, marketing, and content points of contact.
  • Ensure products launch on time with complete assets, specs, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Own Product Finder and guided selling experiences.
  • Continuously optimize recommendation and sort order logic based on customer behavior and business priorities.
  • Manage governance of product specifications and technical content.
  • Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all product detail pages.
  • Drive standardization of specification templates and schemas across categories.
  • Partner with Product Information Management (PIM) teams to improve data quality.
  • Oversee product comparison experiences across all categories.
  • Define and maintain comparison attributes and product groupings.
  • Improve comparison tools to support informed purchasing decisions and increase conversion.
  • Serve as the primary business lead related to launch GTM across eCommerce and marketing divisions.
  • Drive alignment on project priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, QA reviews, and launch readiness reviews.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery of launches.
  • Own product launch calls and checklists.
  • Develop standardized processes for the digital shopping experience.
  • Improve operational efficiencies to launch through automation, documentation, and scalable workflows.
  • Create playbooks and best practices for launch GTM on the client's digital storefront.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including product launch success rate, SLA alignment, Product Finder engagement, product spec accuracy, PDP performance, and related metrics.
  • Use customer insights and analytics to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital product operations, or digital experience management.
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy, and digital merchandising platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.
  • Must be organized and highly detail-oriented.
