We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build relationships through open houses, connect with motivated buyers and sellers, and earn rewarding commissions while representing our La Jolla flagship office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating memorable first impressions, and turning conversations into future real estate opportunities.
As an Open House Specialist, you will host open houses, welcome prospective buyers, answer questions about properties and the local market, and identify opportunities for follow-up. You will learn proven systems for converting open house traffic into long-term client relationships while working alongside experienced real estate professionals in a collaborative environment.
You will receive guidance, coaching, and support designed to help strengthen your communication, follow-up, and client service skills while gaining valuable experience in a luxury real estate market. This is an excellent opportunity for an agent who wants consistent face-to-face interaction, practical experience, and a clear path toward building a successful real estate business.

Responsibilities
• Host open houses at company listings
• Welcome and engage prospective buyers
• Answer questions about homes and neighborhoods
