Compensation Range: $21/hr - $24/hr commensurate with experience
Benefits:

Overview:
An IT Coordinator must be knowledgeable in software, hardware, and networking. They must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers with great attention to detail. Since end user support and teamwork are important aspects of the role, excellent communication and people skills are required.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively participates in the daily operational activities that impact important components/processes of the IT work function,
  • Acts as a liaison between Housing Works, Synoptek/BCMone (the outsourced IT companies) and other vendors regarding technology and infrastructure with weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Assist and support team members in completing IT projects including but not limited to:
    • Coordinating and scheduling execution of projects
    • Reviewing, assessing, and evaluating the execution of projects regularly
    • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues arising in projects
  • Responsible for maintaining IT compliance and conducting audits.
  • Responsible for the support of our cell phone management, Office Phones, Desktops, general IT equipment and inventory systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance and audits, which include e-waste inventory, secure print for the agency.
  • Supports and maintains server rooms and needs at all sites.
  • Responsible for technical documentation, assessing, resolving and/or escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Instituting protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
  • Providing advice on the most suitable IT choices
  • Providing technical support or training for systems and networks

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar
