What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate for this position is the ability to deliver the information, reports, and support to our internal/external customers, team members, and upper management in a timely manner while adapting to change in workload. They are experienced in Monday.com, SAP, and Microsoft Excel as well as developing, maintaining, and managing various types of reports and large databases. They must also be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask and remain focused in high-demand situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind. In addition, this candidate must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful, and enthusiastic about knowledge.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the internal and external team members, management, and customers.
  • Assist in preparation and process of paperwork, forms, and reports to obtain approval or to provide to management
  • Manage electronic and paper filing systems, updating and maintaining documents, recording information.
  • Create, Run, Export, and provide report data and support to internal/external management and customers
  • Maintain, Control, and Update New & Existing customers, Contracts, Report spreadsheets, Forms, Templates, etc.
  • Process document requests such as SRA, unit, part accessories, credit checks, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge in this industry, related industry, products, customers, etc.
  • Research, collect, and compile information from various sources such as internal documents, database programs, and websites
  • Review information from materials, forms, and reports for accuracy
  • Provide back-up support to the Inside Sales team members during their absence
  • Any other duties reasonably requested by Supervisor or Navien management

Key Requirements (include required education, if any):
  • College degree preferred not necessary; BA or equivalent in business administration or comparable work experience in inside sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office includes but is not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Ability to learn and retain technical product information and sales procedures
  • Able to multi-task and adjust to changes in workload, assignments and priorities to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a quick learner
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Monday.com and SAP resource management program
  • Knowledge and experience in wholesale industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions; pivot table, formula, Query, and Chart
