Job description

Community Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our community, fostering engagement, and leading a team of community managers to ensure a positive and vibrant environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of community managers and moderators.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase member participation and satisfaction.
  • Monitor community health and address issues proactively to maintain a positive environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer support to align community initiatives with company goals.
  • Analyze community metrics and feedback to continuously improve community programs and activities.
  • Organize and oversee community events, both online and offline, to foster stronger connections among members.
  • Handle escalated member concerns and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management or related roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in community management tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.
  • Passion for building and nurturing online and offline communities.
