Responsibilities:
  • Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and supervisors.
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors
  • Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
  • Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
  • Pass newspapers, answer call lights, deliver meal trays to residents

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Enrollment in Certified Nursing Aide Program that starts within the month of hire date. We will help train you.
  • Excellent communications and human relation skills.
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to relate well to the residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers
