Community Resource Manager | Highgate Senior Living – Bellingham, WA

Compensation: $30.00–$33.00 per hour

About the role

Keep the community running smoothly—HR support, payroll/benefits, AP/AR, systems, and daily office operations.

Be the go‑to for team members while partnering with leaders to solve problems quickly and kindly.

What you’ll do

· Oversee daily business office operations and uphold policies

· Support HR, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration

· Manage AP/AR, resident billing, deposits, and reconciliations

· Administer community software systems and maintain records

· Help with recruitment logistics, training, and safety

Skills & attributes

· Detail‑driven organization with strong follow‑through

· Confident communication; discretion with sensitive info

· MS Office proficiency; quick to learn new tools

· Basic financial literacy across AP/AR, payroll, benefits

· Calm, flexible, and solutions‑oriented

Relatable experience

· Business office roles with growing scope/responsibility

· Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality operations

· Hands‑on work with payroll, benefits, AP/AR, or HRIS

Qualifications

· At least 21 years of age

· 2+ years in business management/admin or relevant degree

· Current negative TB test; able to pass background check
