Are you a recent graduate who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being out in the community? We’re seeking a motivated Community Liaison to support business development and outreach efforts for our growing East Side home health agency. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in healthcare marketing, outside sales, or community relations.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role that requires regular in-person outreach and outside sales activity throughout the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent our agency throughout the East Side by visiting physicians’ offices, hospitals, senior living communities, rehab facilities, and other referral sources
• Build and maintain professional relationships through consistent in-person outreach and networking
• Promote our home health services through outside sales calls, meetings, community events, and follow-up visits
• Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about our services and programs
• Work closely with leadership to support marketing and growth initiatives
• Serve as a professional and energetic face of the organization in the field

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with outside sales, networking, and frequent in-person visits throughout the community
• Outgoing, confident, and relationship-oriented personality
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the East Side area

(Prior healthcare or sales experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate!)
