Job Description:
Outreach Member Roles & ResponsibilitiesOutreach Team Members will serve as one of the primary voices of Treehouse603. Outreach members will report directly to the Sales Manager and participate in weekly meetings regarding customer or sales data. The Outreach team will complete a variety of tasks varying from, but not limited to social media promotion, business-to-business marketing and collaboration, event planning, and interacting with customers or patrons.
The Outreach Team will represent the Treehouse603 brand and work cohesively to communicate the overall message to our customers.
The Treehouse brand must be seen not only from the sidewalk of East William Street, but to all of downtown Ann Arbor.
Attributes
Outreach members should be outgoing, personable people who are looking to gain experience in marketing & sales. Outreach members should also have a good base knowledge of Cannabis and be able to briefly educate customers on products. We want our staff to be professional and impressionable!
Responsibilities
• Attend local events, festivals, conferences (Art Fair, Sonic @ Park, Farmers Market)
• Meet new people and educate them about our mission
• Be readily able to answer any appropriate questions about the product or brand
• Build business-to-business relationships by offering in-store incentives
• Routinely rotate through Certification Center(s) to build relationships and offer incentive cards
• Pass out incentive cards to patrons and businesses (21+)
• Introduce Treehouse603 to new people
