Big Stone Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehab Manager to lead and support our therapy services at Vitality Living in Aitkin, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight.
Job Title: Rehab Manager

Job Classification: Dual Role - Rehab Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant
Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the clinic.

Requirements
  • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.

  • Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
