Great news! Elation Property Management is hiring for our Mill on Main II community in Austin, MN!


Elation Propertiesspecializes in upscale living, beautiful finishes, and a true community-based lifestyle! We are looking for the right person to join our maintenance team!


The ideal candidates would perform routine maintenance and day-to-day repairs on common areas as well as occupied and vacated units. They can work independently to meet set maintenance and building upkeep expectations and work to exceed client expectations, ensuring that our community is always in good condition and maintained properly.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular scheduled maintenance on the building.
  • Handled tenants' requests as they come in within a timely manner.
  • Repair and help restore lived-in units to their original condition!
  • Work well with a team to ensure tenants receive an adequate level of service.


Required Skills:

  • Basic "Handyman" skills
  • Basic Plumbing knowledge
  • Mechanical skills
