We're seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a beautifully maintained 282-home Class A conventional luxury apartment community in Monroe, Georgia. Conveniently located near Highway 78, the property offers an easy commute from Loganville, Winder, Bethlehem, Athens, Grayson, Dacula, and surrounding East Metro Atlanta communities.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven leader with high energy, strong customer service skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional resident experience. We’re looking for someone who understands the expectations of Class A residents, knows how to lead and develop a high-performing team, and has a track record of driving occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and overall asset performance.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all day-to-day operations of a 282-unit Conventional Class A apartment community.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
  • Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, collections, financial reporting, and expense control.
  • Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational standards.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners.
  • Partner closely with regional leadership to execute business strategies and achieve property goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Three or more years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing.
  • Previous experience managing a Conventional Class A apartment community strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing onsite teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, collections, and revenue performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
  • A proactive leader who leads with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
