You will take part in virtual meetings, provide telehealth services, and maintain open lines of communication with various stakeholders in the community. • Conduct thorough assessments and devise treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment decisions and ensure the highest standards of care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment interventions promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that foster inclusion and effective behavioral management.
• Represent the clinic in licensing and accreditation processes, actively engaging in efforts to uphold high standards of care.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant local, state, and federal agencies to enhance care coordination and access to resources.
• Participate in the broader mental health community by attending conferences and stakeholder meetings to advocate for best practices and clinical improvements.
• Contribute to the mission of the clinic by promoting its values and philosophy through social media, community outreach, and educational efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring alignment with clinic goals and patient care standards.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults impacted by various mental health conditions. Our patients may experience issues related to trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. As an advocate for your clients, you will help them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and find resources and support to aid their recovery journey.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience that equips you with practical skills and knowledge.
• A current state license in good standing with the State License Board for LCSW.

While the minimal requirements are essential, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, or behavioral health settings will be preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and teletherapy modalities can greatly enhance the quality of care provided.
