Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Slack, Facebook Groups, and community management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social is common, and certifications in community management or digital marketing can be advantageous. Strong written communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills help you build rapport and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
