This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, all dedicated to providing comprehensive care. In our community-focused clinic, you will engage in regular consultations and team meetings, enhancing the collaborative nature of our work. • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using a variety of evidence-based practices and customized evaluations to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring a personalized approach that resonates with clients and empowers them on their recovery journeys.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to coordinate client care, integrating varied therapeutic approaches for a holistic treatment experience.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions to critically enhance care quality, drawing on collective expertise to refine personal approaches.
• Provide families and clients with education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community, facilitating informed decision-making and support.
• Continuously update your knowledge of the mental health field by engaging with current research and best practices, applying this knowledge in real-time client care.

The clients you will serve at New Foundation Behavioral Health come from various backgrounds and experiences, often facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on building lasting, supportive relationships with clients, helping them to navigate their emotional hurdles and enhance their overall mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong academic background.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience with solution-focused psychotherapy and a commitment to tailoring interventions to meet each client's distinct needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to cultivate therapeutic relationships and foster trust with clients.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities essential for navigating complex clinical situations effectively.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing the importance of teamwork in driving successful client outcomes.

While not mandatory, relevant experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous as it streamlines the documentation and client management process.
