Helping Hand Behavioral Clinic is seeking dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to fill full-time remote positions within our innovative outpatient psychiatric practice. Work Environment

This position allows for unparalleled flexibility in a remote work setting, enabling you to deliver care through telehealth services from the comfort of your own home. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of flexible scheduling based on the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify patient needs and formulate comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide effective treatment to individuals and groups.
  • Lead psychoeducational and support group sessions aimed at addressing common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and guiding patients through critical situations.
  • Educate clients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey toward recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with applicable ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress and strategies for enhanced care delivery.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health care, actively seeking out opportunities for professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Helping Hand Behavioral Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population spanning various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health needs. Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
  • A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse patients.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
