Work Environment

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while ensuring you remain engaged with our treatment team. Our mental health clinic operates with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While the majority of appointment times will occur during these hours, some occasional weekend and evening availability may be required as we aim to accommodate our clientsโ€™ schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the specific needs of clients and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, to implement effective treatment strategies tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances.
