This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility while ensuring you remain engaged with our treatment team. Our mental health clinic operates with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While the majority of appointment times will occur during these hours, some occasional weekend and evening availability may be required as we aim to accommodate our clients’ schedules effectively.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the specific needs of clients and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, to implement effective treatment strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records, ensuring proper adherence to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding the highest levels of confidentiality.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings, engaging actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to promote cohesive care for our clients.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing therapeutic practices and ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Provide educational support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to facilitate holistic healing.
• Stay current with advances in the mental health field to continuously refine your clinical skills and integrate new findings into practice.

Our clinic serves a broad and diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active professional license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques, enabling you to tailor interventions to fit the individual needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting therapeutic relationships and create a safe, comfortable environment for clients.
• Strong problem-solving acumen and critical thinking skills, capable of navigating the complexities of client care to facilitate optimal outcomes.
