Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique mental health needs, subsequently developing customized treatment plans to facilitate their journey towards recovery.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups. Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet clients' diverse needs such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional mental health professionals to ensure cohesive, holistic treatment strategies are employed for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely and compassionate support during emergencies.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to foster mental health education and awareness, aimed at diminishing stigma and promoting resource accessibility.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist within our community center, you will engage with a broad spectrum of client backgrounds, ranging from children and adolescents to adults. This role allows you to make significant contributions to the mental health and wellbeing of those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications
  • Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Hold a master’s degree or doctorate in relevant fields including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits

Our salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
