AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Community Liaison supporting Durham County.This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and willingness to travel to locations in the community.

Job Summary:

The Community Liaison is responsible for outreach, customer service, account management and direct marketing to physicians, advanced care practitioners, case managers, social workers, long term care facilities, and community-based organizations.

The liaison is accountable for developing referral relationships and ensuring smooth, timely access to AuthoraCare programs and services. Promotes services through personal and phone contacts, public presentations, and correspondence. Effectively positions AuthoraCare as the preferred partner. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary, and able to travel to locations in the community.
