Whether you're new to this field or have experience, this role offers purpose-driven work, strong support, and the chance to make a real difference every day.
Pay / Schedule / Location
  • Pay: $17.50/hour

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) - occasional evenings/weekends

  • Location: Columbus Metro Area

Overview
  • We're hiring a Community Integration Specialist to support individuals receiving services to become more active, confident, and connected within their community.

What You'll Do
  • Support individuals in the community as they attend classes, participate in events, volunteer, and enjoy their hobbies.

  • Help people build independent living skills including planning, communication, and basic money management.

  • Encourage friendships, social engagement, and stronger community connections.

  • Provide safe, reliable transportation to community outings and activities.

  • Document progress through their Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

  • Work closely with families and disability service stakeholders to support each person's goals.
