First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking motivated healthcare professionals to serve as Healthcare Business Development Partners throughout Georgia.
This flexible, independent contractor opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building relationships, educating the healthcare community, and increasing awareness of high-quality home-based skilled nursing services.
As a Healthcare Business Development Partner, you will represent First Choice Homecare Agency within your community by developing professional relationships with healthcare organizations and serving as a knowledgeable resource regarding our clinical services and admission process.
This is a performance-based opportunity offering flexible scheduling, autonomy, and significant earning potential for individuals who enjoy networking and community engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, case managers, social workers, care coordinators, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about First Choice Homecare Agency's skilled nursing programs, clinical capabilities, geographic service areas, and admission process.
  • Increase awareness of the agency through community outreach, educational meetings, networking events, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Identify individuals who may benefit from home-based skilled nursing services and facilitate introductions to the agency's clinical intake team.
  • Serve as a trusted professional resource regarding available in-home nursing services and appropriate care options.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and strengthen community partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide regular updates regarding business development efforts.
  • Represent First Choice Homecare Agency with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
