What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Ecmo Coordinator position, and why are they important?

To thrive as an ECMO Coordinator, you need a strong clinical background in critical care, cardiopulmonary support, and nursing or perfusion, often supported by advanced certifications such as CCRN, RCIS, or ECMO Specialist certification.
