Description Ignite Medical Resort Huntersville is on FIRE! We are looking for an experienced Director of Business Development/Hospital Liaison for our Huntersville Location!

A successful Business Developer will drive bottom line results and directly contribute to the company’s growth and success. Establish and cultivate relationships with area hospitals, referring physicians, case managers, and the surrounding community to help promote Ignite's vision of Uncompromising Luxury coupled with Rapid Rehabilitation.

Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited:
  • Overall Census Growth and Development including day to day management of hospital, physician and healthcare accounts and relationships.
  • Referral and Admission Management – Including referral review, onsite assessment and conversion.
  • Facilitate patient transitions from hospital to Post-Hospital setting with clinical and financial insight for families.
  • Key Account Management - Establish an understanding and partnership with local healthcare and community providers.
  • Collaborate with healthcare and community partners to identify opportunities for growth, program need and development.
  • Marketing - Increase brand awareness in hospitals, MD offices and surrounding communities.
  • Physician Recruitment - Identify supporting physicians to support key clinical programs and specialty services.
  • Plan and facilitate community outreach and events to highlight Ignite’s programs and services.
