Market Development Coordinator

The Market Development Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Team while helping keep projects, quotes, and customer information moving efficiently through the organization. This role works closely with Sales, Project Management, Design, Estimating, and Operations to help maintain organized workflows, accurate data, and strong customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain customer and project information within Epicor and HubSpot
  • Assist with moving quotes and opportunities through Design and Estimating workflows
  • Support quote preparation, proposal assembly, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate client meetings, follow-up communication, and scheduling
  • Respond to customer requests and assist with general client communication
  • Complete customer and vendor prequalification paperwork and onboarding forms
  • Maintain organized project files, pipeline updates, and CRM records
  • Assist with tracking project charters, action items, and project communication
  • Help coordinate quick-turn and smaller project opportunities
  • Support data management and reporting for the Sales Team
  • Collaborate with internal departments to help keep projects and opportunities moving forward
Qualifications
  • 13 years of administrative, sales support, customer service, coordination, or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
