Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large multi-year programs focused on modernizing and consolidating retail banking platforms.
This role requires a hands-on program manager who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-team coordination across large enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership
  • Own end-to-end program execution for transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategy.
  • Break down large initiatives into manageable modules, releases, and milestones.

Cross-Team Coordination
  • Coordinate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple programs.

Program Delivery
  • Track delivery progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure teams remain aligned to program timelines and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare and present weekly program updates to business and leadership stakeholders.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly and effectively.

Problem Solving
  • Operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Identify gaps in requirements or execution and drive resolution across teams.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 141,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
