Description
At Geneo United, we are transforming the professional aesthetics market with non-invasive technologies that regenerate skin from within-delivering real results without downtime.
Rooted in the medical-grade innovation of Lumenis® and Pollogen®, Geneo was built for the modern aesthetics practice-merging science, artistry, and proven technology to elevate the treatment experience. Geneo's mission is to help aesthetic providers meet the growing demand for regenerative, skin-health-forward treatments that go beyond surface-level results. As the industry moves toward more natural, long-term outcomes, we're leading the way with technologies that restore, rebuild, and reveal confident, healthy-looking skin-through every stage of life.
The Role Summary
Geneo is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our integrated marketing team with a strong emphasis on consumer marketing, brand growth, and demand generation. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who can seamlessly move between developing compelling brand storytelling, executing high-performing digital campaigns, and building marketing programs that drive both provider adoption and consumer demand.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, this role will play a critical part in growing awareness and preference for Glo2Facial among consumers while supporting provider marketing initiatives that help clinics attract and retain patients. The Marketing & Communications Manager will collaborate closely with Social Media, Events, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create an integrated experience across every consumer and provider touchpoint.
Essential Responsibilities
Consumer Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Lead the development of B2C marketing campaigns that build awareness, consideration, and demand for Glo2Facial among consumers.
  • Develop educational and inspirational content that drives consumers to actively seek out Glo2Facial treatments and partner providers.
  • Support patient acquisition and retention initiatives through email, SMS, paid media, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Create compelling consumer messaging that communicates treatment benefits, outcomes, differentiation, and brand positioning.
  • Partner with Social Media to align paid, organic, influencer, and promotional initiatives to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support consumer-focused promotions, seasonal campaigns, treatment awareness initiatives, and product launches.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion.
  • Help shape the customer journey from awareness through consideration, appointment booking, treatment experience, and loyalty.

Brand Copy & Content
  • Write and edit compelling copy across email, SMS, websites, digital advertising, landing pages, and campaign assets while maintaining Geneo's brand voice and clinical credibility.
  • Develop high-performing copy for paid media channels including Google, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Create content that supports both consumer education and provider engagement.
  • Apply AEO and GEO best practices to improve visibility across search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and generative answer platforms.
  • Maintain strong editorial standards across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • B2B Growth Marketing
  • Support provider-facing marketing initiatives, sales enablement materials, promotional campaigns, and practice growth programs.
  • Develop collateral, email campaigns, and communications that help providers successfully market Glo2Facial within their businesses.
  • Partner with Sales to support lead generation efforts, nurture programs, and provider communications.
  • Assist with trade marketing initiatives, educational campaigns, and industry event communications.

Marketing Operations & Analytics
  • Own and manage HubSpot workflows, automation, segmentation, and nurture campaigns across both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Build and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Support lead management, MQL tracking, and sales alignment initiatives.
  • Build reporting dashboards and analyze campaign, funnel, and customer performance metrics.
  • Translate marketing data into actionable insights that improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Communications & Brand Support
  • Support development of campaign messaging, brand narratives, and outward-facing communications.
  • Write and maintain website content that reflects current campaigns, products, and brand initiatives.
  • Develop internal communications including product launches, campaign updates, and organizational announcements.
  • Support event, activation, and experiential marketing communications.
  • Maintain press materials, fact sheets, brand resources, and marketing assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
