Job Title: AT Operator
Location: Burlington, ON
Industry: Semiconductor
Compensation: $22/hr.
Schedule: Day and Afternoon Shift

Your day to day as an Operator will consist of the following:

  • Performing specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing functions that are integral to the production of semiconductor devices.
  • Operating various equipment in order to perform the following functions: material preparation, process set-up, solder printing, component attach, wirebond, encapsulation, dicing, electrical test operation, documentation completion, data entry, process monitoring, and inspections.
  • Performing and supporting device assembly and test operations as assigned
  • Executing tasks and assignments in a timely and effective matter
  • Performing in-process inspections, SPC data entry and MES transactions
  • Past experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Past experience using a microscope in a laboratory-like environment

  • Have experience working in a highly-controlled, laboratory-like environment, called a clean room.
  • Have no problems wearing a hairnet, safety glasses, facemask (covering nose and mouth), lab coat, and ESD shoes throughout your 8-hour shift. These dressing requirements help protect the highly-sensitive tech products you will be working with!
  • Enjoy doing detailed work in a clean and structured environment, and following established safety and quality procedures.
