OTC Flow is expanding in New York! We are seeking ambitious sales traders to join our growing sales trading team in this vibrant city.

About the Role
In your role as a sales-trader, your main focus will be to build your own client portfolio and provide strategic trade solutions to support your clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives. You will actively engage in outreach and prospecting through cold calling and client meetings.
Working closely with experienced sales traders and being supported with a variety of training sessions, along with close engagement in your professional development, OTC Flow enables your growth in knowledge and skills to become successful in this field.
Main Responsibilities
Proactively build your client portfolio through direct prospecting via cold calling and networking;Communicate with clients through phone, online, and face-to-face meetings to understand their business needs;Identify trade opportunities and support in executing them;Serve as the primary source of information for your contacts;Provide daily pricing and insights to market actors through messaging systems;Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments;Stay informed about new products and procedures;Be responsible for achieving your own revenue (PnL) target;Promote OTC Flow's services to increase the company's market share.
About You
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;2 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles;Experience in the field of sustainabilty or energy is a must;Cold calling experience is a must;Proactive, resilient, and ambitious;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Commercial attitude and entrepreneurial spirit;Firm interest in financial markets and commodities;Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career;Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment;Excellent communication in English is required;Available for full-time on-site work at our brand-new NYC office;
