Senior Manager Oil Merchant Operations.


Our long-term client, a global commodity trading house, continues to build their North American presence based in Westport, CT. This role assists the Director and manages a team of 5 focused on operations / scheduling support to the firm's most profitable trading businesses. The team has broad based responsibilities including: scheduling vessel, rail, and truck shipments, as well as assist with "traffic" functions such as invoicing, and contracts. The firm is known for building long term careers and a positive, transparent culture. 

Requirements:

10 pls years of commodity merchant scheduling / operations experience.

Proven leadership / management experience.

Significant process streamline / improvement experience.

BS in Supply Chain, Economics or related degree.

Petroleum product exposure big plus.
