As a Trader Trainee, you'll learn the fundamentals of commodity trading while building relationships, developing market expertise, and creating your own book of business.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn the industry through our logistics team by expanding transportation networks and negotiating freight rates
  • Prospect, cold call, and qualify customers to build your own book of business
  • Identify market trends and generate new trading opportunities
  • Build long-term client relationships by providing market insight and value
  • Maintain real-time market knowledge to support pricing, risk, and margin decisions
