Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts across various sectors
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
  • Research and develop leads for new client acquisition
  • Analyze market data and client feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to execute account plans
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to leadership
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues with urgency and care
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client information
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of sales, account management, or client-facing experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Department of Agriculture certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-oriented
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Warm calling or outbound sales experience is a plus
