Job description

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support an organization. This Long-term Contract position will manage accurate and timely payroll processing for a mixed employee population while also overseeing commission payments for sales-related team members. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll knowledge, commissions management, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently across compensation scenarios in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

โ€ข Process end-to-end payroll for approximately 250 employees, including hourly, salaried, and salaried non-exempt team members.

โ€ข Administer commission payments for roughly 50 individuals, ensuring calculations are accurate and issued on schedule.

โ€ข Review payroll data for completeness and resolve discrepancies related to earnings, deductions, time records, and pay classifications.

โ€ข Maintain compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and internal compensation policies.

โ€ข Reconcile payroll and commission records, supporting accurate reporting and audit readiness.

โ€ข Use ADP TotalSource and Excel to manage payroll inputs, validate data, and prepare supporting documentation.

โ€ข Partner with internal stakeholders to address payroll questions and ensure timely resolution of compensation-related issues.
