The Commissions Associate is an integral part of the Commissions team, a motivated self-starter with a focus on accurate processing of commission revenue and maintaining a commitment to service standards. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a resourceful approach to researching and resolving inquiries. She/he will also be excited to work in a fast-paced, growth environment and be intrinsically motivated to learning new areas of the business.
What you will do:
• Research commission inquiries via Salesforce for CA/CAN Advisors, BD and Resource Centers - Review, analyze commission cases, and meet established service levels within 48hrs.
• Problem solver with the ability to identify problems and issues of varying complexities that can potentially affect our advisors.
• High level of analytical skill, and ability to make independent decisions to arrive at satisfactory solutions.
• Is resourceful, works independently with minimal instruction and is reliable.
• Ability to analyze and identify root cause of issues and recommend efficiencies.
• Works on complex projects, using analytical skills to provide high level of detail.
• Team player works as a productive member, positive contributor to team.
• Training of commission statements/client analytics for new advisors, as requested
• Answer customer calls and resolving issue using multiple resources.
What you need to have:
• 1- 3 years prior experience in a Financial Institution preferred
• 1 years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel; 10 Key; (nice to have Docupace; Netxpro; Salesforce experience)
• Ability to be flexible and easily adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation:
The base annual salary range for this role is $22.60 to $27.40, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor consideration.
