Join Farmers Insurance District 47 in the Greater San Antonio Area as an Insurance Agency Apprentice and embark on a promising career in the insurance industry. Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with our clients.


Through this program, you will work directly under an experienced agency owner to gain hands-on experience. This includes sales, marketing, client relations, financial management, and leadership. Responsibilities

Learn and apply sales techniques to acquire new clients and grow the agencys customer base.

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services.

Gain expertise in managing client relationships, providing ongoing support, and addressing customer needs.

Learn the financial and operational aspects of running an insurance agency, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Attend regular training sessions, workshops, and industry events to continuously develop your skills.

Collaborate with senior agency leaders to improve business processes and enhance overall agency performance.

Work towards meeting agency performance targets and individual sales goals.


Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. post-secondary education preferred but not required.

License: Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses (guidance provided)

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Motivation: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and sales. Strong problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Sales: Basic understanding of sales principles or willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.

Customer Service: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Dependability: Reliable transportation and punctual attendance at San Antonio office are crucial.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and take initiative while being part of a collaborative team.
