Farmers Insurance is looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who want to take ownership of their careers as Insurance Agent Apprentices. This isnt just another job. Its a path to building your own agency.


Youll earn while you learn, get real hands-on experience, and develop the skills needed to run a business. Along the way, youll have the support of an established, nationally recognized brand while working toward long-term financial independence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate policies to protect their assets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by presenting and closing insurance solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and policy changes in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and claims guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development programs
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency growth and client satisfaction

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and operate a business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses preferred


Licensing Requirement

  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
  • Licensing support and training provided at no cost for qualified candidates


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, or business experience (not required)
  • Interest in financial services, business ownership, or entrepreneurship
