Responsibilities

What Youll Learn & Do:

Sales & Marketing: Master prospecting, developing sales strategies, and marketing Farmers Insurance products to individuals and businesses.

Customer Service & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service.

Business Development: Gain hands-on experience in agency operations, including goal setting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Leadership Training: Develop the skills needed to mentor and lead a team effectively.

Training & Mentorship: Receive one-on-one guidance from an accomplished agency professional while participating in structured learning.

Compliance & Operations: Learn industry regulations and best practices to ensure seamless agency operations.


Requirements

Experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members.

A goal-driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.

A passion for helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

A General Lines insurance license in Texas (or willingness to obtain).
