Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers by promoting and selling insulation products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and new developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bid tracking.
  • Keep management informed through regular updates and activity reports.
  • May be responsible for managing certain projects from planning through completion, ensuring proper scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience in insulation, building products, or commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
