Responsibilities & Essential Functions
  • Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
  • Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
  • Meet or exceed all performance expectations
  • Accurately calculate monthly/quarterly/annual commission payments ensuring calculations align with approved compensation plans.
  • Prepare and distribute commission statements and summaries to sales representatives and management.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving commission inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support reporting and analysis of sales performance and attainment metrics as requested.
  • Participate in testing and validation of compensation system updates or process improvements.
  • Work independently to meet multiple deadlines and manage data received from various systems and timeframes.
  • Help maintain and update data within compensation systems.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation of commission calculations, approvals, and payments.
  • Ensures compliance with SOX controls.

Required Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, mathematics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in commission analysis, financial analysis or compensation administration.
  • Strong Excel proficiency including lookups and formulas used to calculate commission data.
  • Solid proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Word).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize and compete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and business partners across North America.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with sales incentive compensation systems and ERP/CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365.
  • Experience working with incentive compensation software such as SAP (Callidus), Xactly, Varicent, etc.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics tools is a plus.

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
