Epic Personnel Partners is growing in Las Vegas, and we're looking for a proven staffing industry sales professional who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and win business.


This is not an entry-level sales role. We're only interested in candidates who have direct experience selling staffing services and understand the pace, urgency, and challenges of the staffing industry.


If you've successfully sold temporary staffing, workforce solutions, recruiting services, or managed staffing accounts—and you're tired of red tape, slow approvals, and commission limits—we should talk.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with decision-makers and hiring managers
  • Conduct client visits and workforce consultations

  • Grow existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to deliver results
  • Represent Epic in the community and at networking events

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Staffing industry sales experience
  • Proven business development success in staffing
  • Experience selling temporary, temp-to-hire, or workforce solutions
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Las Vegas market


Preferred:

  • Existing Las Vegas business relationships
  • Experience selling into hospitality, warehouse, manufacturing, or call center environments
