Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and driven Roofing Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, inspecting roofing projects, and guiding homeowners through the sales process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is confident, self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in sales or construction-related industries. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage roofing leads
  • Conduct roof inspections and assess customer needs
  • Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up with homeowners throughout the sales and project process
  • Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure smooth project completion
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
  • Network and develop referral opportunities
  • Canvassing roofing installs to generate new business  

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working independently and in the field
