About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our talented and passionate sales team in our premium countertop showroom in Alpharetta! If you are motivated, driven, and results-oriented, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales. Our Sales Consultants provide top-notch customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're proud to be one of the top-rated countertop showrooms in the Atlanta metro.
Responsibilities
·         Network and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and builders
·         Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct outbound cold calls as needed
·         Manage projects from initial consultation through completed installation
·         Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
·         Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently throughout the sales process
 
Qualifications
·         Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills
·         Exceptional customer service skills
·         Negotiation and persuasion skills
·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·         Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market

Compensation & Benefits
·         Hourly base plus commission, with total compensation potential of $80,000–$120,000+ annually
