Salary: Starting at $50,000 - $60,000 base salary + Commission

Account Manager

Indiana, PA | Full-Time | Year-Round

EarthCraft Landscaping is looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients maintain beautiful properties. This role manages a portfolio of residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts while working closely with our crews and leadership team to deliver exceptional service.


What You'll Do

  • Manage client relationships and conduct regular site visits
  • Renew maintenance contracts and sell enhancement services
  • Meet with new leads and prepare estimates and proposals
  • Direct crews to meet company standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve and enhance client properties
  • Work with our operations team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
